Easter Liesters

We had so much fun this Easter-we were able to make it to both gma's...(read as: "eat way too much"). Both were ready with Egg hunts and tons of food!
(We actually had strawberry shortcake twice in one day-Oh happy day!)

Here's some pics and scrap pages~

I love these pictures of Christian-I cant believe how much he's changed...and yet how much he's stayed the same! What would we do without our sweet Christian?

Swingin' with dad

I love when you are in a moment that you know is going to make a great memory!

Oh Brother!

I got some cute pics of the boys. I mainly took these to show how long Gabe's hair is, but due to the fact that his hair is almost transparent, it's hard to see how long it really is! I think the haircut is coming soon, but I just can't seem to get myself to do it...I want to bawl just thinking about it!

But, this is a great shot of a little thing that Christian likes to do~he always likes to sit Gabe down and then put his head in his lap...it's so funny. I think he does it because Gabe will sit there and hit his head or blow on his face (aka "Gabe kisses")

It is is sooo funny!

"T" is for Trilobite

So, a couple of weekends ago, we decided to get out of town and go to Salt Lake City. We all got to pick one thing to do. Eric wanted to go to Cabela's...I picked IKEA (I know, it's lame)...and Christian wanted a hotel with a swimming pool. So, we set everything up and decided to take Christian to the Museum of Ancient Life at Thanksgiving Point as a surprise...(okay, so we wanted to go too...but)

So, they had this little exhibit that demonstrated erosion and flooding. You can build up your own little mountains and islands that the dinosaurs live on...and then you build up a dam to block the water...then when you break the damn, the water causes the sand to bury the dinosaurs...and WHAMO-extinction. (Well, I'm not sure that is the technical process...I didn't read the plaques very well!)

Gabe struggled a little bit...we lost his binky in the Galaxy room (about 10 feet from the entrance)! Which made a pretty long trip through Trilobite land...We thought that Christian would love the museum...but, we couldn't get him to stop long enough to listen to us read the exhibit information to learn...it was sort of like, "Awesome, it's huge...what's that rock...ooh, shiny object!"
I swear...when we were taking this picture...we were BOTH making scared faces ;)

All in all...it was such a fun trip!

Settle a bet

So, Eric is convinced that Gabe looks like Terk from Tarzan...I don't see it. I guess the faux hock is there...and the big eyes...and the cute little monkey toes...and smiles so big they take over his whole face...okay-so he totally looks like the monkey! But he is so cute! He's our little Terk!

G & G-day one

So, today was the first day we got to watch Genesis (Eric's cousins daughter)-and it was sooo much fun! She is such a cute girl! Plus, it really makes the day a little more organized, which I know sounds funny, but, you just feel a little less free to sit around in your jammies all day!

Gabe and Genesis had so much fun playing {next to} each other! She is such
a cute girl! We had a lot of fun!

Some girls in the ward were going to the park and asked us to come...why
not? Right! I forget how out numbered I am! Well, at least the show I put on
trying to carry two car seat carriers around entertained the neighbors.

At least I had my superman there to...uh...help?

So, I look at pictures like this and think...holy cow! You have two kids!
And they are all grown up...(well, not really, but Christian looks so
old!)
